Age Requirements
Users of the Service must be at least 13 years of age. No information of children under 13 will be knowingly collected by Proofile.org. If parents or guardians become aware that a child has provided information, such as through misrepresenting their age, they should immediately close the account or Contact Us with details of the account.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all Content you submit to the Site or provide to the Service. You represent that you either own the User Content or have the rights necessary to grant Proofile this license.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The operator of the Site assumes no responsibility or liability for: continuous error-free operation of the platform and its services, loss of data, disclosure of private information, or damage caused by using this Site. The user may be held responsible or liable for: noninfringement or protection of third party rights. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that she/he has the right to use the data which she/he uploads to the Site and does not infringe any third party rights by doing so.
Modification
Proofile.org reserves the right to modify or delete any content used on the Site.

Proofile.org is not affiliated in any way with proofile.com or the proofile(.com) toolbar. The operator of the Site is not responsible for any of the content that is posted on Proofile.org and certainly not for the content linked to on external web sites.
Copyright Infringement
We accept notifications of alleged copyright violations. The infringing data will be removed from the Site.
We require detailed information about the infringed content in order to respond to your request.
Proofile is not responsible for what users upload. Please report any inadequate content, it will be reviewed and possibly removed.
