What does Proofile do?

Are there any browser requirements?
Proofile should be usable on any recent browser. JavaScript does not have to be enabled, but some features are not available if you have JavaScript disabled. For help on how to enable JavaScript, please see this page. Cookies do not have to be enabled, however your session ID will be passed by URL if you disable cookies, you are encouraged to keep this session ID secret - remember to remove any references to the session ID from the URL if you use it somewhere else!
What do I need to register for a Proofile account?
The minimal requirements for an account are either a user-name / password combination, or an OpenID URL. You may add a username or more OpenIDs later on, independently of how you registered. If you have an OpenID associated to your account, you may even remove you username, however you will always require at least one means of loggin in. You do not require an email address, it is useful though, if you forgot your password and would like to recover it; at lease 1 verified email address is required for this function.
I added an email address, but didn't get any verification emails.
Please recheck if the email address was enered correctly, if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes it is most likely stuck in some spam filter. If requesting another verification email doesn't help, please contact us so your email address can be verified manually.
Do you have any future plans?
The available data will enable anybody to realize a whole set of web applications, using the aggregated information. These are some of the many possible ideas we are investigating on:

· Context awareness
